you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at AnarPartyRental.com,
you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit AnarPartyRental.com or
send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to
receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by
e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices,
disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy
any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
COPYRIGHT
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics,
logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and
software, is the property of AnarPartyRental.com or its content suppliers and
protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all
content on this site is the exclusive property of AnarPartyRental.com and protected
by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the
property of AnarPartyRental.com or its software suppliers and protected by
United States and international copyright laws.
RENTAL PERIOD/POSSESSION/FEES
Customers right to possess items ceases on the return date indicated on page one; possession
after the return date constitutes material breach of this agreement. Rental period is for a maximum
of twenty four (24) hours unless a longer term is specified in the return date.
Rental charges begin immediately upon delivery of the items to the location directed by the
customer or upon items leaving dealers possession whichever occurs first. If items are returned
after the rental period, the rent due shall be for the entire rental period.
Customer agrees to return the items to dealer during regular business hours of the return date in
as good condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Rental center may terminate
this agreement at any time and take possession of the items without further notice in case of
violation by customer of any terms and conditions of this agreement. Customer agrees to pay
collection costs and attorney fees incurred in collection of this account or any dispute arising
under this agreement. If by reason of any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement,
termination of this agreement, insolvency of the renter, dealer and its agents may retake the
items without notice or legal process, and may take all action reasonably necessary to regain
possession.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK/INDEMNIFICATION
Customer expressly agrees to assume responsibility for himself, his employees, agents and assigns.
Customer agrees to assume the risk of and hold dealer harmless for property damage and personal
injuries caused by the items and/or arising out of dealer’s negligence. Customer shall indemnify,
defend and hold rental center harmless from any claims of third party for loss, injury and damage to
their persons and/or property arising out of customers’ possession, use, maintenance or return of
items, including legal costs incurred in defense of same.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting
access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities
that occur under your account or password. AnarPartyRental.com does sell products for
children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are
under 18, you may use AnarPartyRental.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
AnarPartyRental.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove
or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
AnarPartyRental.com attempts to be as accurate
as possible. However, AnarPartyRental.com does not warrant that product descriptions
or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If a product offered by AnarPartyRental.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy
is to notify us immediately upon item arrival or pick-up.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for
products on our website represents the full rental price listed on the product itself.
If a customer requests installation for a product and the installation requires an
additional set-up fee, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions
before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
If a customer requests cancellation of an order prior to
1 week before the delivery/will call date, he/she may be subject to a cancellation fee. Orders
cancelled within 1 week of the delivery/will call date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled within 72 hours of the delivery/will call date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled the day of, or at time of delivery or will call, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Special order items or services are subject to a 100% cancellation fee once the order has been placed. It
is the customer responsibility to make any additions or cancellations prior to the day of delivery
or will call.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (General)
Customer rents the items on an as is basis. Customer acknowledges that he has personally
inspected the items prior to its leaving dealer’s possession and finds it suitable for his needs.
Dealer makes NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY
OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Renter’s sole remedy for any failure or defect of the items
shall be the termination of rental charges at the time of failure, provided that written notice of
termination is immediately given to dealer and the items are returned to dealer within 24 hours
after such failure or defect.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting AnarPartyRental.com, you agree that the
laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws,
will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise
between you and AnarPartyRental.com.
Damage Waiver on Linens
For an additional fee of 7% of the total linens rental, Anar Party Rental, Inc. agrees
to waive claims for damage to linens including accidental spills or other incidental
damage to the fabric.
Damage Waiver does not cover loss or gross negligence. Damage Waiver must be signed and paid for prior to event.
Permits
Almost every municipality or state requires permits. Permit requirements vary depending on the size of the tent or location.
Even if you are not renting a tent a permit may be required. Every Town building department has different requirements
and it is best to check with them. Charges also vary per town. You must obtain the permits yourself.
All of our tents meet flame retardant requirements.
Damage Waiver (General)
Dealer will waive claim against customer for physical damage to the items except as follows:
-Items that are not returned by the return date for any reason, including theft.
-Damage resulting from overloading or exceeding rated capacity of the items.
-Damage to electrical appliances or devices caused by artificial current.
-Damage due to negligence of the customer, or its agents and assigns.
-Damage due to overturning the item
-Damage resulting from violation of this agreement, violation of any law, ordinance or
regulation.
-Damage from dirtying of items by paint, mud, plaster, concrete, rosin or any other
material.
Customer also consents in using his insurance for such loss or damage, take all action
necessary to process such claim and to sign said claim and any and all proceeds from such
insurance shall be payable to dealer.
Specials Discounts
Available discounts are good for only one discount per order. (Discounts cannot be combined)
