How Many Tables will I need for my event?
Round Table info:
For 36 inch round table you can seat 2-4 people.
For 48 inch round table you can seat 6-7 people.
For 60 inch round table you can seat 8-10 people.
For 72 inch round table you can seat 10-12 people.

Rectangular Table info:
For 4 ft rectangular table you can seat 4-6 people.
For 6 ft rectangular table you can seat 6-8 people.
For 8 ft rectangular table you can seat 8-10 people.

What size tent should I rent for my event?
Tent Sizing depends on two major factors: 1) Number of guests 2) Purpose of tent for your event. In wedding events and similar events, guests will hold most of the reception and/or ceremony under the tent. Therefore, the dance floor the ceremony chairs and dj booth as well as sitting tables and buffet tables, gift tables and the sweet-heart table must all fit under the tent. In all inclusive events such as these, 20 ft per person is standard in determing tent size. Events where only the sitting tables are placed under the tent, around 7-10 ft per person should suffice. In any situation it is always good to call one of our consultants, who will sit down with you and ensure that you get the correct size tent for your event.

How do I determine my linen sizes?
The answer depends on both table size and preference.

If you prefer your linens to be half down to the floor:
Round Table - 36 inch
72 inch round linen
Round Table - 48 inch
90 inch round linen
Round Table - 60 inch
90 inch round linen
Round Table - 72 inch
102 inch round linen

If you prefer your linens to be down to the floor:
Banquet Table - 4 ft
90x90 inch linen
Banquet Table - 6 ft

How many Patio Heaters will I need for my Event?
Each heater warms approximately a 15 foot circle. If you are putting them on a patio, simply tell us the size & we'll make a recommendation as to how many would work best. If you are putting them out on a lawn, explain the layout the best you can & we'll go from there.

What if it's breezy, do they still work?

YES! Patio Heaters put out an infra-red heat which is not drastically effected by breezy conditions. If the wind exceeds 30mph the heaters will have a hard time staying lit, and will not be very effective.

Do I need a permit for my event?
Yes! Almost every municipality or state requires permits if. Permit requirements vary depending on the size of the tent or location. Even if you are not renting a tent a permit may be required. Every Town building department has different requirements and it is best to check with them. Charges also vary per town. Customer is responsible for obtaining all permits. All of our tents meet flame retardant requirements.

What size Dance Floor will I need for my Event? And how many pieces of flooring will I need to order?
In general, around 50% of the guests are dancing at one time. Each couple requires nine square feet of dance space. For example if you have 100 people (50 couples), 25 couples will be the number of people dancing. Therefore, you will need 225 Square feet of floor, or 25 sections of 3 ft X 3 ft
