Shipping Policy

Delivery and Pickup Information

Packages are normally delivered within 1-2 hours of the time selected on the checkout page. If we are unable to deliver your items in the 2 hour window, we will notify you as soon as we receive your order. If you would like to change your delivery time after your order has been placed, the request must be submitted at minimum 48 hours prior to delivery time.
Delivery and pickups are for curb side only. Special carrying, set-up, knockdown or after-hour requirements will incur additional charges, and these requirements must be specified at the time of reservation.
To avoid additional charges, all equipment must be ready for pick-up when our drivers arrive. Tables and chairs must be folded and left undercover, dishes and glassware rinsed and repacked in crates. Soiled linens bundled, and not sealed in plastic bags.

Cleaning
China, glassware, utensils and food preparation equipment should be rinsed food-free and repacked in containers as delivered.
Silver must not be put through dishwasher.
Linen should be free of refuse and air dried to prevent staining and mildew. Please do not place wet or damp linen in bags.
A cleaning fee of 50% will be assessed on all items not meeting these conditions.

Equipment Care
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL EQUIPMENT REMAINS WITH THE CUSTOMER FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO THE TIME OF RETURN. Please safeguard the equipment and be sure it is protected and secured from the weather when not in use.

Rates & Deposits
Rates quoted equal per one (1) day event (pick up Friday, return Monday), i.e., 1 week price = 1.5 x rate, 2 weeks = 2 x rate, 1 month = 3 x rate.
